Isaac Thomas

He holds a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of York, where he developed strong analytical thinking and a strategic mindset; skills he is now applying to building partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.

Isaac approaches business development with genuine optimism; believing in setting ambitious goals and working collaboratively to achieve them. Whether it’s opening new markets, strengthening client relationships, or contributing to the wider commercial strategy, Isaac is focused on delivering impact. As a recent graduate, he is eager to learn, adapt quickly, and add value wherever he can!

Outside of work, music plays a central role in Isaac’s life. During his time at university, he spent most evenings producing hip-hop tracks, often finishing a new song in a day. He is also a member of the National Youth Theatre; although he hasn’t performed in recent years, acting was a significant part of his childhood and helped build the confidence and communication skills he draws on professionally today.

He’s a dog lover and a proud Arsenal supporter; finally enjoying a bit of optimism on that front too. But for how long...?!
