Community Responsibility
When you support a local business, you are helping to build a stronger community. Networking is the secret sauce for business success because it opens the door to collaboration opportunities. When people know you and trust you, they are more likely to recommend your service to others. In an effort to foster collaboration and growth within the local business circle, our bi-annual, free ‘Better Together’ networking and learning events offer business owners the chance to feel connected, share their experiences, and learn from industry experts to benefit from their expertise. They are purposefully not used as an opportunity to sell services, but to share insight and knowledge amongst local businesses.
Environmental Responsibility
When everyone makes small adjustments, huge things can be achieved. For example, our hosting provider is completely run on 100% renewable electricity from sources like the sun, wind and sea. They have also pledged to protect or plant one billion trees by 2030. All staff are encouraged to adopt a ‘green approach’ and our company vehicles are all fully electric.
Economic Responsibility
One of our core values at Beyond Your Brand is to keep our services affordable to as many businesses as possible, regardless of budgets. Our services can make a real difference to small businesses aspiring to attract more customers online. Our 100 Club is especially attractive to start-ups and small businesses. In 2023, we launched our free, bi-annual learning and networking event, ‘Better Together’. This is specifically designed to create an environment where local businesses can make new connections and benefit from sharing expertise for free.
Employer Responsibilities
We aim to create a thriving environment for our employees. Teamwork is vital in almost every industry and is especially important in a creative industry like digital marketing. We encourage our employees to proactively contribute to every project. We invest in staff development and training, and provide many staff perks aimed at making our employees happy in their working environment. We offer a flexible working environment designed to support individual employee needs.
Charity Support
We are proud to work with a number of charities, so we have first-hand experience of the amazing work they do and the impact that they can have to improve the lives of those in need of support. We also provide each employee with an annual budget to donate and sponsor charitable events.
