    Can I cancel my plan at any time?

    Not until after the first 12 months – then, you’re free to take your site elsewhere or have another company redesign it at no extra charge. If you’d like us to handle the move for you, we charge a one-off £250 transfer fee to cover packaging the site, removing the old instance and providing migration support.

    However, we hope that you love our service and stay with us for many more years!

    Are there any setup fees?
    No – there are no upfront fees. You’ll only pay a fixed monthly cost, keeping things simple, affordable, and flexible.
    How long does it take to go live?

    Most websites launch within 4 to 8 weeks, depending on your chosen plan and content readiness. After you approve the homepage mockup design, average completion times are:

    • Foundation Package: 4 to 6 weeks
    • Advanced Package: 6 to 8 weeks
    • Professional Package: 8 to 10 weeks

    These timelines assume you provide content (text, images, access details, etc.) promptly during the build. If content is delayed, the overall schedule may be affected.

    How many pages can my website include during the build?

    The number of pages your website can contain during the initial build varies depending on the 100 Club package. Here’s a guide of what each involves:

    • Foundation Package: Up to 15 pages
    • Advanced Package: Up to 25 pages
    • Professional Package: Up to 50 pages

    We understand the importance of growing your website, especially since search engines like Google love fresh, new content. You can add more pages – blogs, service pages, and so on – during your free monthly updates.

    Further pages outside of your free updates are charged as a one-off cost of £50+VAT per additional page.

    How many updates can I make per month?

    The number of free updates you can make depends on the package you choose. For example:

    • Foundation Package: Up to 2 updates
    • Advanced Package: Up to 4 updates
    • Professional Package: Up to 6 updates
    How quickly are updates made?

    Our T&Cs outline that an update will be completed in 3 working days, but in the majority of cases, this happens sooner. If you have any urgent requests, please let us know, and we will try to help.

    I don’t have any content – can you help?

    Absolutely! Through our in-house content marketing service, we can create everything you need – from engaging website copy and blog posts to product descriptions and SEO-friendly headlines. We’ll develop content that captures your brand voice, improves search visibility, and helps your new site perform from day one.
