Kelly’s Coaching is a personal training specialist business founded by me, Christopher Kelly.
With over 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I share my experience and knowledge via in-person PT, online PT, social media, newsletters and articles via my website.

What were your goals, and why did you choose us?
My goal was simple: to elevate Kelly’s Coaching’s online presence to reflect the professionalism and quality of service I provide to my clients.
